
Yoga Therapy delivers a comprehensive, individualized approach to well-being for clients of any age. It addresses the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual beings we are, using strategies to unleash self-healing and our limitless potential.
The Yoga Therapy Package includes an Intake meeting to gather information and set goals. The comprehensive plan will include strategies designed to empower the client to overcome their wellness obstacles and discover their true potential. Prior to the first Intake meeting, the client will complete a form to gather information based on lifestyle, job demands, hobbies, activities, health history, life challenges, obstacles or goals the client is facing. The first session allows time for collaboration and communication. Once the information is gathered, a plan is put into place and a minimum of 4-6 weekly sessions follow.
